2048 Stored Temperature Readings
The ThermaData Logger is probably the most cost effective temperature
data-logger or blind recording thermometer available today. It is a
self-contained instrument designed to record the temperature of the ThermaData
Logger’s surrounding environment.
The ThermaData Logger can record temperature from -40C to +85C. It can be
programmed to record temperatures at given time intervals, as often as once a
minute or as seldom as once every 255 minutes. The unit is powered by a
replaceable lithium battery with a life expectancy of up to five years. The
ThermaData Logger includes: a digital thermometer, accurate to within ±10C, a
real-time clock, enough memory to store 2048 temperature samples and
data-logging control logic.
The user can set high and low alarm values. A button push will allow a simple
visual inspection of the unit to show if either of these limits have been
exceeded. An illuminated red LED will warn the user that the alarm limits have
been exceeded (reject) or an illuminated green LED will advise the user that the
alarm limits have not been exceeded (accept). When required, the entire
temperature data log can be extracted to a computer through a serial
communication interface, analysed by the ThermaData software package or exported
to other suitable software packages.
